Beautiful eco-friendly "Green" home is in a peaceful area minutes away from all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer (Lakes, skiing, casinos, etc). It is 3364 square feet and is great for families and entertaining. It has 4 bedrooms, plus a loft, sleeping 8 to 10 people comfortably. This home boasts beautiful mountain views with lots of sun year round. Exceptional retreat at the base of Echo Mountain! There are 2 master suites, 2 living areas (upstairs and downstairs), and 2 balconiesThe finishes, appliances and furniture are all luxury. Both master suites have walk-in slate showers with dual shower heads. All 4 bedrooms have walk-in closets and reading chairs. There are 3 wall-mounted televisions set up with DirecTV. Supplies: Upon arrival you will find a "starter set" of soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. You may want to bring or plan on locally purchasing additional supplies to last your entire stay. Or, use our Custom Concierge Services and let us take care of it all!
By staying at this vacation home all Guests agree to indemnify owners from all responsibility and liability for any accidents which may arise from use of this property.

Please Note: If a sheriff is called to the house, you forfeit your entire deposit. If a neighbor complains about a noise violation, your deposit will be held for 6 weeks until we determine if a fine has been issued.
Rates do not include 10% transient tax of gross sales and the $250 minimum cleaning fee. This is a non-smoking home. No pets. Rates are based on 12 person occupancy maximum.
Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee are the guests' responsibility and will be charged to the security deposit or credit card.
Refunds: All monies collected are refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. The deposit will also be charged 50% whether or not collected. No deposit refund will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, for any reason.
